Hogan Made Return & Refund Policy

(AKA: How to Break Up With a Shirt)

Here at Hogan Made, we work hard to make stuff you’ll love forever. But sometimes… relationships don’t work out. Maybe your shirt shows up with a funky flaw, maybe we accidentally sent you a large instead of a medium, or maybe you ordered during that “I totally wear a size small” phase and reality had other plans.

Whatever the reason, we’re here for you. Let’s talk about how to send something back without it being weird.

The Basics

  • 30 days to decide if you and your Hogan Made item are soulmates.
  • $5 flat-rate return shipping - because we still have to keep the lights on.
  • No restocking fee - we’re not that kind of company.
  • Final Sale: One specific product is marked as “Final Sale” and is about as returnable as a bad tattoo. It’s our hats.  Please do not try and return your hats. 
  • Hats: Sorry, no returns unless they arrive looking like they’ve been through a blender.

If We Messed Up

  • Got a defect? Wrong size? Shirt sewn inside-out? Send us a pic and your order number - we’ll send you a prepaid label and fix it ASAP.
  • Please let us know within 30 days. We can’t take back a shirt you’ve been wearing since last summer’s barbecue season.

If You Messed Up

  • Wrong size because “pandemic snacks” hit hard? Mail it back for $5 flat-rate return shipping, and we’ll send the right one for another $5 flat rate.
  • Changed your mind? Totally fine. Send it back (again, $5 flat-rate return shipping) and we’ll refund you - no store credit trickery.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email Meghan with your order number and any necessary pics.
  2. Meghan works her magic and tells you exactly what to do.
  3. You send it back, we make things right, everyone lives happily ever after.

We don’t discriminate. We don’t sell your info. We do sell awesome products that we hope you love, but if you don’t, now you know the drill.
